摘要
综述近年来电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法、分光光度法、X射线荧光光谱法、质谱法、原子吸收光谱法等测定锆合金中相关元素的分析方法。介绍了锆合金中元素分析方法的研究进展,并对未来锆合金分析方法的发展进行展望。
The recent research progresses of elements analytical methods in zirconium-base alloys,including atomic emission spectrometry,spectrophotometry,X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,mass spectrometry and atomic absorption spectrometry were reviewed.Effectively the research progress of element analysis methods in zirconium alloys was analyzed,and the future development of zirconium alloys was looked forward.
