摘要
为了探究车用无骨雨刮可用于实际批量加工生产的加工方式,以专用的簧片滚弯加工机器为研究对象,对其进行模型简化处理,借鉴板材的滚弯加工以及回弹理论,并通过结构有限元非线性静力仿真成形。所探究出的等比拟合方式更加接近于实际成形的簧片,在误差允许的范围内,这种三辊的滚弯加工方式是能够用于雨刮簧片的大批量加工生产的。
In order to explore the processing method that boneless wipers can be used in actual batch production,a special spring bending machine is taken as the research object to simplify its model,and the rolling bending process and spring back theory of plates are used for reference. The model is formed by non-linear static simulation of structural finite element. The equivalence fitting method explored is closer to the actual formed reed. Within the allowable error range,this three-roll bending method can be used for batch production of wiper reed.
