摘要
提出了一种球头销五工位冷镦挤成形方案,并根据经验公式计算出冷镦挤成形力。采用有限元软件模拟了球头销的冷镦挤成形过程,分析了成形过程中的模具载荷并观察材料填充情况。针对球头销成形的镦粗失稳以及脱模困难的问题,设计了闭式哈夫浮动分模方案。结果表明,经验公式计算冷镦挤压力与仿真成形载荷最大值相差3%。闭式哈夫浮动分模能够使锻件顺利脱模。
A five-station cold upsetting-extrusion forming scheme for ball pin was proposed. And the forming force of cold upsetting extrusion was calculated according to the empirical formula. The process of cold upsetting-extrusion of the ball pin was simulated by using the finite element software. The die load during the forming process was analyzed and the material filling was observed. Aiming at the problem of upsetting instability and difficult demoulding of ball pin forming, a closed half floating split die scheme was designed. The results show that the cold upsetting-extrusion force calculated by empirical formula is 3% different from the maximum forming load of simulation. The closed half floating split die can make the forgings demoulding smoothly.
