摘要
对三辊滚弯机加工板材时的成型过程进行了分析,讨论了钢板的最小弯曲半径和上辊下压的最大位移量的计算方法,以及上辊下压位移量的误差对钢板的弯曲半径的影响.
The molding process of roll bending a steel plate with a three-roll bender is analyzed. A calculation method for the minimum bend radius of a steel plate and the maximum displacement by pushing down the upper roll are discussed. In addition, the effect of a displacement error by pushing down the upper roll on the bend radius is evaluated.
