摘要
建立QuEChERS净化-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定凯特芒果中14种农药残留。取10.0 g样品经改进的QuEChERS方法进行前处理,采用ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱分离,以4 mmol/L甲酸水溶液和甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱;质谱采用电喷雾正离子源和多反应监测模式。14种农药的质量浓度为4.0~200.0μg/L时,线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.999,定量限为0.15~1.0μg/kg,回收率为86.5%~103.1%,相对标准偏差为4.1%~11.5%。方法灵敏度及准确度良好,能满足凯特芒果中14种农药残留检测的要求。
The method for simultaneous determination of 14 kinds of pesticide residues in Kaite mango was developed by QuEChERS with ultra-performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS). Ten grams samples were pretreated with an improved QuEChERS method, and then the target analytes were separated on a ZORBAX SB-C18 column with gradient elution using a mobile phase made up of 4 mmol/L formic acid solution and methanol. Positive ion of electrospray ionization(ESI) and multiplereaction monitoring(MRM) mode were adopted in MS analysis. The concentration of 14 pesticides showed good linearity in the range of 4.0~200.0 μg/L(r>0.999). The detection limits between 0.15 and 1.0 μg/kg, respectively. The spiked recovery rates were in the range of 86.5%~103.1%. The relative standard deviation(RSD) was 4.1%~11.5%. This method could meet the requirements for the determination of 14 kinds of pesticide residues in kaite mango.
