摘要
[目的]建立了带荧光检测器和柱后衍生系统的超高效液相色谱仪同时检测陈皮和蒲公英根中灭多威、克百威及其代谢物3-羟基克百威的方法。[方法]试样经QuEChERS方法进行前处理,经柱后衍生后,超高效液相色谱仪-荧光检测器测定,外标法定量。[结果]3种分析物的质量浓度范围在0.01~0.2 mg/L内,线性良好,回收率在84.80%~106.30%之间,变异系数不大于11%,最低定量限为0.01 mg/kg。[结论]该方法简单、稳定且灵敏度高,可用于中药材中农药残留的检测。
[Aims]Carbamate pesticide residues in pericarpium citri reticulatae and dandelion root were extracted and cleaned up with the QuEChERS method.[Methods]Subsequent analysis was conducted with UPLC equipped with a post-column derivative system and fluorescence detection,quantified by external standard method.[Results]The results showed that the calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.01-0.2 mg/L.Recoveries ranged from 84.80-106.30%,coefficients of variation were not more than 11%,and the limit of quantity(LOQ)was 0.01 mg/kg.[Conclusions]The method is simple,stable and reproducible,and can be used for the determination of pesticide residues in traditional Chinese medicine.
