摘要
随着可再生能源接入以及电压管理系统的应用,配电网愈发依赖信息通信系统,以实现对配电网的主动控制,控制信息失效必然会对系统状态造成影响。为评估信息失效对配电网电压的影响,文中首先考虑多种失效因素建立信息系统有效性模型,其次提出表征电压波动性的分布指数和越限概率指标,然后给出不同故障类型下电压波动影响的分析方法,最后采用序贯蒙特卡洛模拟进行信息系统故障下的指标评估。测试系统验证了模型可行性并探讨了不同信息失效因素对电压波动性的影响,为配电网信息物理系统的规划和运行提供了实用性技术支撑。
With the access of renewable energy and application of voltage management system, the distribution network more relies on cyber system to realize active control, thus the cyber failure will inevitably affect the system state. In order to evaluate the influence of cyber failure on the voltage of distribution network, a validity model for cyber system considering various cyber failure factors is firstly established. Secondly, the distribution index and over-limit probability index are introduced to demonstrate the voltage fluctuation. Thirdly, a method is presented for analyzing the influence of voltage fluctuation considering different failures.Finally, indices with cyber failure are evaluated by using sequential Monte Carlo simulation. The model feasibility is verified by the test system, and the influence of different cyber failure factors on voltage fluctuation is discussed, thus providing practical technical support for the planning and operation of cyber physical distribution system.
