摘要
面对社会快速发展,写字楼、酒店等人流量密集的地方皆采用多部电梯进行接客,为进一步提高电梯的工作效率,解决电梯空跑、轿厢接近满员情况下仍进行对同向呼叫楼层停留、乘客乘梯或者等待时间过长等多种问题,对多部电梯采用群控逻辑算法进行派梯。群控方式主要分为正常分散派梯和高峰期派梯模式,高峰期又可细分为上下班高峰期、会餐前后高峰期等;通过合理派梯,以载重量的数值来判断是否进行接受同向呼梯等原则用于高峰期,从而达到节省时间、减少电梯损耗性能目的,实现电梯高效运转。为验证群控逻辑算法的合理性,应用博图软件及采用S7-1200系列PLC控制上位机中的电梯模型(EET)对设计程序仿真,由仿真结果分析证明了该高峰期逻辑算法的合理性。
In the face of the rapid social development,office,hotel and other traffic was populated places are using more elevators to service,to further improve the working efficiency of the elevator,solve elevator running empty capsules,close to full case still stay for synthetic call floor,passengers multiply ladder or waiting time is too long wait for a variety of problems,for a number of the elevator group control logic algorithm is adopted to improve the dispatching elevators. The group control mode is mainly divided into normal scattered ladders and peak ladders,and peak ladders can be subdivided into rush hours and rush hours before and after dinner,etc. In order to save time,reduce the performance of the elevator and realize the efficient operation of the elevator,the principle of accepting the elevator in the same direction is judged by the value of the carrying weight. In order to verify the rationality of the group control logic algorithm,the software botu and the elevator model(EET) in the UPPER computer controlled by S7-1200 series PLC were used to simulate the design program,and the rationality of the logic algorithm was proved by the analysis of the simulation results.
