摘要
建设世界一流大学和一流学科是实现我国迈入高等教育强国之列的重大战略决策。高校二级学院是一流学科建设的直接承担者,是推动大学迈进世界一流行列的核心动力。以完善高校二级学院内部治理为切入点,以创新学院队伍建设为着力点,从队伍结构、人才引进、评价管理等方面分析制约高校二级学院快速发展的问题,在“双一流”建设视阈下,增强学院师资队伍生机与活力、有利于二级学院科学发展的创新举措是,多模式教师队伍引聘,多维度教师发展,多元化教师评价激励,多学科交叉人才团队培养。
To build a world-class university and a first-class discipline is an important strategic decision for China to become a powerful country in higher education.As the direct undertaker of the first-class discipline construction,the secondary colleges are the core power to push a university into first-level ranks in the world.Taking the improvement of the internal governance of the secondary colleges as a starting point and the construction of an innovative college team as the focus,this paper analyzes the problems restricting the rapid development of the secondary colleges from such aspects as team structure,talent introduction,evaluation management,and explores the innovative measures to effectively enhance the vitality of the college’s teaching staff and to make for the scientific development of the secondary colleges,namely,the recruitment of multi-mode team,the development of multi-dimensional teachers,the diversified evaluation and incentive,and the training of multi-disciplinary cross talent team in the perspective of“double first-class”construction.
