摘要
"双一流"建设的提出,给地方高校的发展带来机遇,同时也带来了挑战。一流的师资队伍,是"双一流"建设的基石。通过剖析在"双一流"背景下,地方高校面临的师资问题。针对性的提出了:引进紧缺人才;统筹现有人才;有效管理;增强科研竞争力等路径,以实现地方高校师资队伍的师资队伍建设。
