摘要
冷战结束后,军转民成为国内外军工发展的新热点,军工院校作为国防科技体系的重要组成部分,同样面临着巨大的挑战。本文探讨了在新的形势下,军工院校如何适时地制订发展战略,立足于国民经济主战场,积极推进科技体制改革,扩大服务面,进而取得新的发展。
Military-civil transfer is a hot point for defence indistries in china and abroad. The defence universaties are an important part of the defence science and technology system and faced with a great challenge. In the paper, it is discussed for the defence universaties how to establish the development stratage to improve the science and technology system reform , enlarge the service fronts and make a more great progress.
