摘要
随着高职院校内部质量保障体系诊断与改进工作的推进,对诊改工作机制构建的研究也逐渐增多。从诊改工作机制的应然状态入手,先明确需要什么样的机制,进而抓住诊改工作的校本性、系统性、多元化、主次分明等特征,再结合学校实践探索适合高职院校的1375诊改工作机制。
With the promotion of the diagnosis and improvement of the internal quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges,the research on the construction of the working mechanism of the diagnosis and improvement has gradually increased.Starting from the ought to be state of the working mechanism of diagnosis and improvement,we should first make clear what kind of mechanism we need,then grasp the school-based,systematic,diversified,clear primary and secondary characteristics of the work of diagnosis and improvement,and then explore the working mechanism of 1375 diagnosis and improvement which is suitable for higher vocational colleges in combination with school practice.
