摘要
专业诊改是高职院校构建内部质量保证体系,提升人才培养质量的有效手段。从专业诊改质量控制目标点的设计和专业诊改实施路径2个方面介绍了质量控制目标点的设计依据、内容,并从专业诊改工作机构、机制和实施3个方面介绍了专业诊改的路径,重点分析了专业人才需求调研、人才培养方案制定与实施、专业条件建设与保障、教师业务能力和人才培养满意度的重点内容,旨在为专业诊改提供经验,推进专业高质量发展。
Professional reform is an effective means for higher vocational colleges to build an internal quality assurance system and improve the quality of talent training.This research modified quality control target design and professional examination reform implementation two aspects,introducing path design basis,quality control target content from a professional diagnosis,and change the working mechanism,mechanism and diagnosis from the professional implementation of the three aspects introduced the path of professional examination reform.We focus on the analysis of the demand for professional research,personnel training program development and implementation,construction and security,professional conditions of professional ability of teachers and personnel training satisfaction and provide professional consultation to promote the professional development of high quality experience.
