摘要
当下学校现代化的努力正逐渐转向学校内部,具体表现为对公平和质量的重视。为探明学生教育公平感的主要体现、学生教育公平感如何形成,以及影响学生教育公平感的可能因素,本研究特对上海两所学校的初中生进行访谈,继而采用内容分析法,借助ROST和QSR NVivo11.0等软件对数据进行词频统计、编码处理。研究发现:初中生教育公平感主要体现在权利尊重、资源分配、机会享有、人际交往、制度保障五个维度;初中生教育公平感的形成过程大体经历三阶段,即教育实践经历-学生个体认知加工-学生主观感受;影响其教育公平感的主要因素有学生在校经历、学生个人偏好、学生公平判断标准。在此基础上,研究进一步发现,学生的教育公平感与许多既有理论有一定的对应关系;为了更好地理解学生教育公平感,需要采用系统的眼光;提升学生的教育公平感需要学校、教师和学生的共同努力。
At present, achieving educational modernization at school level has been emphasized. Equity as well as quality is the focus of school modernization. To explore major manifestations of students’ perception of educational equity, the formation students’ perception of educational equity,and the factors influencing students’ perception of educational equity, this study interviewed students from two schools in Shanghai. Then, content analysis was adopted, followed by word frequency statistics and coding by using ROST and QSR NVivo11.0. The study finds that junior high school students’ perception of educational equity involves five dimensions: right respect, resource distribution, opportunity enjoyment, interpersonal communication and institutional guarantee. The formation of their perception of educational equity goes through three stages, that is, educational practice experience, students’ individual cognitive processing, and students’ subjective feeling. The main factors that affect students’ perception of educational equity include students’ school experience, students’ personal preference and students’ judgment standards. The study further finds that students’ perception of educational equity is related to many existing justice theories. To better understand students’ perception of educational equity, we need to adopt a systematic perspective. To improve students’ perception of educational equity requires the joint efforts of schools, teachers, as well as students.
