摘要
大中型灌区在我国国民经济和社会发展中占据着举足轻重的地位。在分析大中型灌区面临新形势新任务的基础上,从现代化治理内涵出发,总结了灌区现代化治理的基本问题,大数据对灌区现代化治理的支撑作用,提出基于大数据的智慧型灌区的内涵、体系结构、建设路径及需要把握的关键问题。
Large and medium-sized irrigation districts play an important role in the development of national economy and society.Based on studies of new tasks faced by large and medium-sized irrigation districts,the study takes the intention of modernized governance as the starting point,summarizes issues with irrigation districts and the supporting role of the big data to irrigation district modernized governance,and puts forward the connotation,system structure,construction path and key issues relate to big data based smart irrigation district.
