摘要
介绍了宝利煤矿外委模式下安全生产管理工作的实践经验,从组织机构建设、安全生产管理制度和安全生产标准化建设、现场带班和班组建设、科技矿山建设等方面进行阐述,按照“大安全”、“等同管理”的原则,将安全生产长效机制贯穿于“人、机、环、管”各环节,总结了安全生产管理机制、发展和创新安全生产管理保障措施,探索出一套行之有效的外委模式下的安全生产管理长效机制,切实提升宝利煤矿安全生产管理水平,为宝利煤矿在长期外委模式下的安全高效可持续发展提供安全保障。
The article introduces the practice experience of production safety management work in Baoli Coal Mine outsourcing mode and elaborates from the organization construction,safety production management system and safety production standardization construction,site foremen and team building,construction of science and technology and other aspects.According to"security,equal management principle",we run long-term mechanism of safety production through"man,machine,environment,management",summarize the safety management mechanism,development and innovation of safety production management measures,explore a set of effective safe production management long-term mechanism in outsourcing mode,to improve safety production management level in Baoli Coal Mine,which provides safety guarantee for safe,efficient and sustainable development under the long-term outsourcing mode in Baoli Coal Mine.
