为解决黑岱沟露天煤矿一体化管理给安全管理带来的压力,结合黑岱沟露天煤矿实际,提出了针对性的安全管理措施和管理办法,通过对2种管理方式的对比,合理选择了符合黑岱沟露天煤矿现状的管理方式。
In order to solve the pressure of safety management brought by integrated management, combined with the actualsituation of Heidaigou 0pen-pit Coal Mine, the article puts forward the safety management measures and management methods.Through the comparison of two types of management modes, the author reasonably chooses management mode suitable forHeidaigou 0pen-pit Coal Mine status.
