摘要
基于层次分析法的基本原理,全面综合地考虑了煤矿安全生产的各方面因素,建立了6个一级指标,35个二级指标的煤矿安全评价指标体系。针对现今煤矿安全评价中存在的仅靠主观臆断选取专家的缺陷,在定义最优专家基础上,运用熵度量各个专家的评价结果的不确定性以及各专家与最优专家的差异,建立专家评定模型,同时,运用层次分析法-熵权法计算指标综合权重。体系能够客观地反映煤矿安全评价中各个影响因素的权重,从而为煤矿安全评价及管理决策提供依据。
The basic principles of comprehensive consideration of various factors were based on analytic hierarchy process in coal mine production safety,the index system of coal mine safety evaluation with 6 first level indexes and 35 two grade indexes has been established. In view of the shortcoming of safety assessment of coal mine production, in which the specialists are selected by the decision maker subjectively,a model of specialist assessment based on entropy is set up,and index weight is determined by AHP and entropy method. This system could more objectively reflect the coal mine safety evaluation of each factor in index weight,so as to coal mine safety evaluation and management decisions.
