摘要
为提高煤炭洗选中心的生产效率,神东煤炭集团洗选中心积极探索降本增效、改革创新的管理方法。文章围绕精益化管理,深入论述了洗选中心管控下的各洗煤厂精益化管理的典型的、有效的方法。通过生产效率、特种煤产量、基础作业管理、设备保护、设备检修、回路改造、机电故障、吨煤电耗、修旧利废、煤质提升等方面实行精益化管理前后的对比,得出精益化管理确实让洗选中心从中受益的结论,可供相关洗选企业参考。
In order to improve the coal preparation efficiency, the methods for cost-reducing-benefit-increasing and reform-innovation have been explored in Coal Preparation Center of Shendong Coal Group. This paper focuses on the lean management, and discusses typical and effective method of lean management in coal washing Center. Lean management and comparison run through the whole process in the production efficiency, special coal yield, activity- based management, equipment protection, equipment maintenance, circuit transformation, mechanical and electrical faults, tons of coal consumption, repairing and recycling, and quality improvement. It provides theoretical and practical references for the related enterprises.
