摘要
[目的]采用响应面分析法优化砂海星皂苷的提取工艺。[方法]在单因素试验条件下探讨乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度和提取时间4个因素对砂海星皂苷提取率的影响,并得到各因素的最佳试验条件,然后使用Design Expert 8.056软件建立二次响应面回归模型,利用响应面法分析砂海星皂苷提取的最佳提取工艺条件。[结果]砂海星皂苷的最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度79%、提取时间2.8 h、提取温度89℃、料液比为1∶27(g∶mL),在此试验条件下,砂海星皂苷的提取率为8.04%。[结论]该研究为砂海星资源的进一步开发提供理论依据。
[Objective]The research aimed to optimize the extraction process of saponins from Luidia quinaria by response surface analysis.[Method]Single factor experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time on the extraction ratio of saponins from Luidia quinaria,and the optimum experiment conditions of each factor were obtained.Then,a quadratic response surface regression model was established by using Design Expert 8.056 software.Response surface method was used to analyze the optimal extraction conditions of saponins.[Result]The optimal extraction conditions of saponins were as follows:ethanol concentration was 79%,extraction time was 2.8 h,extraction temperature was 89℃,and solid-liquid ratio was 1∶27.Under this condition,the extraction ratio of saponin was 8.04%.[Conclusion]This research provides theoretical basis for the further development of Luidia quinaria resources.
