摘要
在乡村振兴背景下结合授权发明专利数据全面考察了我国农业专利产出、转化和作用。结果表明:①农业专利数量逐渐增长,但在全国中的比重仍较低,呈区域分散化趋势;②农业专利质量同国内全部专利相比差别不大,但与国外在华专利和发达国家差距较大;③农业专利内外部合作创新水平整体较低,但比国内专利要高;④农业领域内投入经费不足,农业科研人员人均专利产出却较高;⑤农业专利货币转化程度不高;⑥农业专利发展与农业科技进步贡献率增长存在稳定均衡关系,长期来看两者相互促进互为因果关系。
This paper analyzes China’s agricultural patents(APs) based on China rural revitalization. Result shows that firstly, the number of APs increases gradually, but its proportion of total patents is still lower, and prone to be geographically dispersed. Secondly, the quality of APs between Chinese patents is minor, while it shows a large gap between domestic and foreigners. Thirdly, patents derived from internal and external collaborations are relatively higher. Fourthly, R&D investments in agricultural industries are relative lower to other industries, but the patent outcomes per R&D personnel are relative higher. Fifthly, the level of patent capitalization is relatively lower. In the end, there is a long-term equilibrium and stable relationship between the development of APs and the growth rate of technology, and this relationship constitutes a causal relationship with a significant positive impact.
