摘要
近年来,PPP模式在各类项目中的应用越来越广泛,而如何做好PPP项目造价管理工作,成为备受关注的焦点问题。对此本文分析PPP项目造价管理实践中面临的难题,在此基础上探讨PPP项目造价管理控制要点和措施,旨在为新模式下的造价管理开辟思路,探索实现项目各参与方共赢的造价管理机制。
In recent years,the PPP mode has been more and more widely used in various projects,and how to manage the cost of PPP projects has become a focus of attention.This article analyzes the difficulties faced in the practice of PPP project cost management,on this basis,discusses the key points and measures of PPP project cost management,aiming to open up ideas for cost management under the new mode and explore the realization of a win-win cost management mechanism for all project participants.
