血常规检验中全自动血细胞分析仪、血细胞涂片细胞形态学的应用效果 被引量:9

摘要 目的:深入研究血常规检验中全自动血细胞分析仪、血细胞涂片细胞形态学的应用效果。方法:随机选择2017年4月~2018年4月到本院进行血常规检验的100例患者作为本次的观察对象,在其他条件相同的情况下,使用全自动血细胞分析仪和血细胞涂片形态学检验的方法对100例患者进行血常规检验,比较两种检验方法的血常规检查结果。结果:单核细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞阳性检出率在这两种检验方法的结果中不存在较大差异,只有嗜碱性粒细胞以及异常细胞的指标的阳性检出率存在着较大的差异,全自动血细胞分析仪和血细胞涂片细胞形态学检验差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在血常规检验过程中应用全自动血细胞分析仪和血细胞涂片细胞形态学检验方法均能够检验出异常的细胞,但检验结果存在着一定的偏差,如果将两组方法结合起来使用能够促进检验准确性的提升。 Objective:To study the application effect of automatic blood cell analyzer and blood cell smear cell morphology in routine blood test.Methods:A total of 100 patients who were routinely tested in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the observation object.Under the same conditions,a fully automatic blood cell analyzer and blood cell smear morphology were used.The method of medical test was performed on 100 patients with blood test,and the results of blood test were compared between the two test methods.Results:The positive detection rates of monocytes,lymphocytes,neutrophils,and eosinophils did not differ greatly in the results of the two test methods.Only the indexes of basophils and abnormal cells were positive.There was a large difference in the detection rate.The difference in the morphological test between the automatic blood cell analyzer and the blood cell smear was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the routine blood test,the application of the fully automatic blood cell analyzer and the blood cell smear cell morphology test method can detect abnormal cells,but there is a certain deviation in the test results.If the two methods are used together,it can promote the improvement of inspection accuracy.
