摘要
目的探讨血清25-羟维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]水平变化与糖尿病脑梗死的关系。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月本院收治的120例2型糖尿病脑梗死患者为观察组,并选择同期于本院就诊的120例2型糖尿病患者为病例对照组以及120名体检健康者为健康对照组;所有研究对象均采用化学发光法测定血清25-(OH)D3水平,比较观察组脑梗死面积,各组血清25-(OH)D3水平差异。结果健康对照组血清25-(OH)D3水平最高,其次为病例对照组,观察组最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腔隙性脑梗死患者血清25-(OH)D3水平最高,其次为中等面积脑梗死患者,大面积脑梗死患者最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。预后良好脑梗死患者血清25-(OH)D3水平明显高于预后不良患者(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病脑梗死患者的血清25-(OH)D3水平明显降低,且脑梗死面积越大,预后越差,血清25-(OH)D3水平越低。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 [25-(OH)D3] levels and diabetic cerebral infarction.Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetes cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as observation group, and 120 cases of type 2 diabetes patients who were treated in our hospital were selected as the case control group and 120 healthy people in our hospital were selected as healthy control group at the same time. All subjects were tested for serum 25-(OH)D3 levels by chemiluminescence method. The difference in cerebral infarction area and serum 25-(OH)D3 levels were compared. Results The serum level of 25-(OH)D3 was the highest in the healthy control group, followed by the case control group, and the observation group was the lowest, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The serum 25-(OH)D3 level was the highest in patients with lacunar infarction, followed by middle-area cerebral infarction patients, and the lowest in patients with large-area cerebral infarction, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The serum 25-(OH)D3 level in patients with good prognosis was significantly higher than that in patients with poor prognosis(P<0.05). Conclusion Serum 25-(OH)D3 levels are significantly lower in patients with type 2 diabetic cerebral infarction, and the greater the area of cerebral infarction, the worse the prognosis and the lower the level of serum 25-(OH)D3.
