摘要
近红外荧光探针的发射波长能避免生物组织的干扰,对生物成像有较高的效率。文章对钯检测、N2H4检测、苯硫酚检测作为近红外荧光探针的合成、表征及具体在细胞中应用的分析。希望能为近红外荧光探针的更多应用和发展趋势做出不一样的分析方向。
The emission wavelength of near-infrared fluorescence probe can avoid the interference of biological tissue and has high efficiency for biological imaging.In this paper,palladium detection,N2H4 detection,thiophenol detection as near-infrared fluorescence probe synthesis,characterization and specific application in cells were analyzed.It is hoped that it can make a different analysis method for more applications and development trends of near-infrared fluorescence probes.
