摘要
采用近红外漫反射光谱法对川射干药材中射干苷含量进行快速无损测定.以高效液相色谱法测定不同批次川射干药材中射干苷含量作参比,采用偏最小二乘回归算法建立川射干药材中射干苷的定量校正模型,并对未知样品中射干苷含量进行预测.结果表明,川射干药材中射干苷定标标准偏差(SEC)、相对分析误差(RPDC)、交叉检验标准误差(SECV)、校正模型的决定系数(RCV)和交叉验证相对分析误差(RPDCV)分别为0.1253、4.9087、0.5948、0.50、1.0338.方法检测速度快、效率高,结果准确可靠,可用于川射干药材的质量控制.
Near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy is used to rapidly and non-destructively determine the content of tectoridin in Iridis Tectori Rhizoma.With the tectoridin content in different batches of Iridis Tectori Rhizoma determined by HPLC as reference,a quantitative correction model for second derivative spectral information and tectoridin in Iridis Tectori Rhizoma is established by partial least squares regression algorithm,and the tectoridin content in unknown samples is predicted.The calibration standard deviation(SEC),relative analysis error(RPDC),cross-check standard error(SECV),determination coefficient(RCV)of calibration model and cross-check relative analysis error(RPDCV)of Iridis Tectori Rhizoma are 0.1253,4.9087,0.5948,0.50 and 1.0338 respectively.The result shows that the method is rapid,efficient,accurate and reliable.Therefore,it can be widely applied in quality identification of other Chinese medicinal materials.
