摘要
目的:尝试建立一种符合磨盘草自身特点的红外指纹图谱分析方法。方法:利用红外光谱法及双指标序列法对不同产地磨盘草药材进行红外光谱的特征峰研究。结果:不同产地的磨盘草药材红外光谱具有相似的特征峰,其共有峰率在73.6%-100%之间,变异峰率在5.9%-21.4%之间。结论:利用共有峰率和变异峰率双指标序列分析方法可以对2个或多个磨盘草样品进行方便的鉴别。
Objective: To set up a new method to analyze IR fingerprint conforming to the characteristics of Abutilon indicum (L.) Sweet. Methods: IR characteristic peaks of Abutilon indicum (L.) Sweet from different production places were measured by the infrared spectroscopy and dual-indicator sequence methods. Results: The Abutilon indicum (L.) Sweet from different production places had the similar IR characteristic peaks, among which the common peak ratio was 73.6%-100% and variant peak ratio was 5.9%-21.4%. Conclusion: The two or multiple samples ofAbutilon Indicum (L.) Sweet can be identified by dual-index sequence analysis of common and variant peak ratios.
