摘要
采用活性红K-7B染料对菠萝/棉混纺纱线进行染色,以上染率为考察指标,依次分析活性红K-7B染色过程中氯化钠用量、温度、碳酸钠用量、染料用量对菠萝/棉混纺纱线染色工艺的影响。试验结果表明,最优工艺条件为氯化钠质量浓度40 g/L,碳酸钠质量浓度10 g/L,温度60℃,染料质量分数1%。
The reactive red K-7B dyes are used to dye pineapple/cotton blended yams,and the dye uptake is the index of investigation.The effects of sodium chloride dosage,temperature,sodium carbonate dosage and dye dosage on the dyeing process of pineapple/cotton blended yam are analyzed.The experimental results show that is the optimum condition the amount of sodium chloride of 40 g/L,the amount of sodium carbonate is 10 g/L,the temperature of 60℃,and the amount of dye(omf)is 1%.
