摘要
为探讨活性染料CN-3B对菠萝纤维的染色性能,采用活性红CN-3B对菠萝纤维进行染色,以上染百分率为考察指标,分别分析氯化钠质量浓度、碳酸钠质量浓度、染色温度、染色时间、染料用量及浴比对菠萝纤维上染百分率的影响。研究结果表明:最优染色工艺条件为氯化钠质量浓度40 g/L,碳酸钠质量浓度1 g/L,染色温度50℃,染料用量1%(owf),浴比为1∶50,最优工艺条件下菠萝纤维的上染百分率为96.05%,断裂强力下降率为12.1%。
In order to investigate the dyeing properties of reactive dye CN-3B on pineapple fiber,the dyeing percentage was used as the investigation indexes,and the effects of sodium chloride dosage,sodium carbonate dosage,dyeing temperature,dyeing time,dye dosage and bath ratio on the dyeing percentage of pineapple fiber were analyzed.The results showed that the optimal dyeing conditions were as follows:mass concentration of sodium chloride 40 g/L,mass concentration of sodium carbonate 1 g/L,dyeing temperature 50℃,dye dosage 1%(owf),bath ratio 1∶50.Under the optimal dyeing conditions,the dyeing percentage of pineapple fiber was 96.05%,and the breaking strength reduction rate was 12.1%.
