摘要
综述菠萝组织培养研究进展:利用菠萝芽、茎、叶进行离体培养,诱导出大量组培苗,并已开始作商品性生产;果肉、种子为外植体,经愈伤组织阶段获得再生苗;转基因菠萝的研究也日益受到重视。
This paper reviews the development of tissue culture of pineapples.A large number of seedlings are induced and produced by buds,stems and leafs as explants.Callus is induced by using the flesh and seeds as explants and finally renewable seedlings are obtained.Increasing attention is being paid to the transgenic pineapple.
