摘要
文中在一个制造商和两个供应商组成的二级供应链中,研究了制造商作为领导者在双战略供应商采购模式和一战略一备用供应商采购模式下的采购决策。以制造商利润最大化为目标基础上探讨了供应中断风险和制造商和供应商合作时间对制造商利润的影响。通过数值算例表明:①当供应中断风险越高,合作时间对利润影响的程度越小;②供应中断风险较低时,制造商应该优先寻求供货价格更低的供应商,而供应中断风险较高时,则应该优先寻求供应中断风险更小的供应商。
In a secondary supply chain composed of a retailer and two suppliers,this paper studies the procurement decisions made by the retailer as the leader under the dual-strategy supplier procurement mode and the one-strategy-standby supplier procurement mode.Based on the retailer's profit maximization,this paper discusses the influence of supply interruption risk and cooperation time on the profit.The research shows that:①the higher the risk of supply interruption,the smaller the impact of cooperation time on profits;②when the risk of supply interruption is low,retailers should give priority to suppliers with lower supply prices,while when the risk of supply interruption is high,retailers should give priority to suppliers with lower supply interruption risk.
