摘要
传染疾病事件发生后如果不能在第一时间控制住,那么会大范围的传染开来,威胁人类健康,国民经济受损,引起社会恐慌,而传染疾病的有效控制需要有针对传染疾病的应急物流作为物质支撑。文中根据传染疾病的特点探讨建立医疗物资生产基地、基于大数据确保安全库存、通过ABC分类进行配送,确保运输道路畅通、市民有序理智购买预防物资,对有效抗击传染疾病有重大意义。
If the infectious disease event can not be controlled in the first time,it will spread to a large extent,threaten human health,damage the national economy,cause social panic and even turmoil,and the effective control of infectious diseases requires the emergency logistics for infectious diseases as the material support.Based on the characteristics of infectious diseases in Nanning City,this paper discusses the establishment of medical material production base,safety stock based on big data,distribution through ABC classification,smooth transportation roads,orderly and rational purchase of preventive materials by citizens,so as to effectively fight against infectious diseases.
