摘要
针对企业呆滞库存管理难题,采用Kraljic矩阵思想从物料处理难易性和供应市场复杂性两大维度构建指标体系,应用对应分析法对呆滞库存进行计算分类,并提出分类管理办法。以Z公司呆滞库存为例,基于Kraljic矩阵和对应分析法的分类模型较ABC分类更加细化、科学,物料的清晰分布,有利于企业根据实际情况制定呆滞物料处理办法。
In view of the problem of dull inventory management in enterprises,Kraljic matrix is adopted to construct an index system from two dimensions of material handling difficulty and supply market complexity.The corresponding analysis method is applied to calculate and classify the dull inventory,and classification management methods are proposed.Taking Z company's sluggish inventory as an example,the classification model based on Kraljic matrix and correspondence analysis method is more detailed,scientific and clear in material distribution than ABC classification,which is helpful for enterprises to formulate the handling methods of sluggish material according to actual.
