摘要
当前新型冠状病毒感染疫情常态化防控期间,建立健全应急物资保障供应体系意义重大。本文通过新冠疫情应急物资保供队伍建设入手,从应急物资保供的物资购置、库房管理、物流运转、数据核算等环节出发,结合实践经验,对应急物资配送渠道、运行、供给等各个方面如何加强保障进行全面论述,为各地各部门建立应急物资保供队伍、完善应急物资保供体系、提高风险防控应对能力方面提供可行性方案。
It is of great significance to establish and improve the supply system of emergency supplies during the current normal prevention and control of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19).Starting from the construction of the COVID-19 emergency supplies guarantee team,this paper comprehensively discusses how to strengthen the guarantee of the distribution channels,operation and supply of emergency supplies from the aspects of the purchase of emergency supplies guarantee,warehouse management,logistics operation and data accounting,combined with practical experi-ence.It also provides feasible plans for establishing emergency supplies guarantee team,improving emergency supplies guarantee system and im-proving risk prevention and control capability.
