摘要
建立了切线型和渐开线型两种入口形状的重质旋流器仿真模型,从旋流器内部的速度分布、分离性能和操作性能三个方面进行了对比,结果说明,重质旋流器的入口形状对旋流器的分离性能有影响,渐开线型入口相比于切线型入口,具有更好的分离性能和操作性能,最后总结了重介质旋流器在结构设计中应注意的问题和经验,该研究对于重介质旋流器的设计和推广具有重要的应用价值。
The simulation models of tangential and involute heavy-mass cyclones are established. The velocity distribution, separation performance and operation performance of the cyclones are compared. The results show that the inlet shape of the heavy-mass cyclones has an effect on the separation performance of the cyclones, and the involute inlets have a comparative effect on the separation performance of the cyclones. Tangential inlet has better separation performance and operation performance. Finally, the problems and experiences in the structure design of heavy medium cyclone are summarized. The research has important application value for the design and promotion of heavy medium cyclone.
