摘要
针对四台选煤厂洗选煤过程中原煤内的细粒煤含量、进入末煤系统的原生、次生煤泥量增加,原有末煤脱水系统无法适应产品水分指标要求的现状,提出了一种新的洗选煤工艺,在系统中增加FX1000-GT型分级旋流器组(Φ1000m×2)进行浓缩分级,缩小压滤机入料粒级,改善压滤机脱水效果。实际应用表明,末煤产品灰分由14.65%降至13.27%。
In view of the increase of coal content in raw coal,primary and secondary coal slime in the final coal system and the inability of the original coal dehydration system to meet the requirement of moisture index of the product in the process of washing coal preparation in Sitai Coal Preparation Plant,a new washing and coal separation process is proposed,and the FX1000-GT type graded cyclone group(Φ1000m×2)was added to the system for concentration and grading,reducing the feed grain level of the filter press and improving the dehydration effect of the filter press.According to the actual application,the ash content of the final coal product decreased from 14.65%to 13.27%.
