摘要
为解决布尔台选煤厂主洗车间钢结构的腐蚀问题,采集了该选煤厂块煤和末煤系统不同工序的水样,分析了水样中的Cl-、SO42-和HCO3-含量;测定了45#钢在腐蚀水、布尔台选煤厂(B)和石圪台选煤厂(S)水分别作用下的极化曲线;为阐述水质与钢腐蚀的关系,对腐蚀产物和矸石进行了元素分析。实验证明,布尔台选煤厂水中氯离子和碳酸氢根含量较高,分别为593.6 mg/L和881.4 mg/L;在相同选煤工艺条件下B选煤厂水质对45#钢的腐蚀较严重;氯离子对钢腐蚀电流大且渗透能力强。严控水质指标对治理钢结构的腐蚀具有重要指导意义。
Aiming at the corrosion of the steel structure in the main washing workshop of the Buertai Coal Preparation Plant, the effective control measures were put forward. The water samples of different processes in lump coal and slack coal systems were collected. The contents of chloride, sulfate and bicarbonate in water samples were analyzed. The polarization curves of 45^# steel under the action of corrosion water, water of B and S coal preparation plants were measured. In order to explain the relationship between water quality and steel corrosion, the corrosion products and coal gangue were analyzed.The results show that the content of chloride ion and bicarbonate in the water of Buertai Coal Preparation Plant is 593.6 mg/L and 881.4 mg/L respectively. Under the same coal preparation process, the water quality of B coal preparation plant had serious effect on 45^# steel corrosion. Under the action of chloride ion, the corrosion current of steel was obviously increased, and the chloride ion penetration ability is strong. In a word, strict control of water quality indicators had important guiding significance on preventing the corrosion of steel structure.
