摘要
45#钢被广泛应用于生产制造。采用DEFORM-HT软件对45#钢在模具生产中热处理工艺过程进行详细地模拟分析。获得了模拟热处理过程中的硬度变化、温度云图、组织相变场的分布,对优化模具生产制造、改善模具使用性能有着指导性的作用。
45#steel is widely used in production-manufacturing.Adopting DEFORM-HT software to simulate and analyze the heat treat treatment of 45#steel in mould production.The distribution of hardness,temperature,structure phase transition field in the simulation of heat treatment are obtained,which has a guiding role on the optimization mould production and the improving of mould property.
