摘要
为了确定某球团厂铁精矿磨矿及脱水系统的工艺方案,以满足后续球团作业对铁精矿的粒度及水分要求,通过Bond功指数试验、沉降试验以及脱水试验,为磨矿及脱水系统的工艺流程选择以及主要设备选型提供依据。磨矿系统最终采用两段连续磨矿分级流程,脱水系统采用由浓缩机和压滤机组成的工艺流程,可为球团厂铁精矿的磨矿及脱水工艺设计提供参考。
In order to determine the technological scheme of the iron concentrate grinding and dewatering system in a pellet plant so as to meet the requirements for particle size and moisture of the concentrate in subsequent pelleting operation,Bond work index test,sedimentation test and dewatering test were carried out,and the test results offered reference for the determination of the process flow of the grinding and dewatering system and the identification of main equipments.A two-stage continuous grinding and classification process was finally used for the grinding system,and the dewatering system consisted of thickener and filter press.The research provided reference for the design of the iron concentrate grinding and dewatering process in pellet plants.
