摘要
图书馆作为城市中文化与教育的代表性公共空间,包含公共空间及环境、服务设计及公共设施等领域,对于研究服务设计在公共空间设计中的运用具有典型性意义。服务设计是融合多学科的系统性设计管理工具,其核心是关注人与服务系统的交互关系,以此从中改进或创新服务体验。明晰服务设计与公共空间设计的关系,选取服务设计在图书馆公共空间设计中运用的代表性案例进行运用分析,获取基于服务设计理念的图书馆公共空间设计的有益启示。
As a representative public space of culture and education in a city,library includes the fields of public space and environment,service design and public facilities.Ithas exemplary significance for studying the application of service experience in public space design.Service design is a systematic design management tool integrating multiple disciplines.It focuses on the interaction between people and service system so as to improve or innovate service experience.This paper discusses the relationship between service design and public space design.It selects three representative cases of service design in library public space design,and discusses the application analysis and inspiration of library public space design based on service design concept.
