摘要
本文通过对集装箱进行改造,构建提升用户体验的高校校园公交车站空间服务模型,在满足车站基本功能的同时使车站成为一个校园内活动、交流的空间。从服务设计理论出发,对车站主要使用用户进行特征提取,从利益相关人对其他用户进行挖掘分析,通过用户体验地图提取用户需求,寻找机会点,优化车站空间服务流程。本文通过服务设计的方法对校园公交车站进行设计,建立用户与车站之间完整的体验链,打造高质量的服务体验。
This paper through the university campus bus station is transformed through the container to build a station space service model that enhances the user experience and meets the needs of the station.Basic functions while making the station a space for activities and communication on campus.Based on service design theory,we extracted the characteristics of the main users of the station and analyzed the other users from the stakeholders.The user experience map is used to extract user needs and find points of opportunity to optimize the station space service process.This paper through the service design method,we design the campus bus station,establish a complete experience chain between the user and the station,create High quality service experience.
