摘要
目前,预制装配式混凝土构件制造工艺不成熟已成为限制国内装配式建筑发展的重要因素之一,其中生产设备功能不完备、自动化程度低的问题尤为突出。为了提高构件生产效率,通过多轮充分现场交流和方案论证及优化,结合生产现场工艺实际,提出一套面向PC生产线中钢筋笼骨架、模具、磁盒等工件流转、组装、固定,具有智能物流、柔性装配、智能检测功能的一体化机器人系统解决方案,极大地提高构件生产的智能化程度,优化生产效率。
At present,the immature manufacturing craft of precast concrete constructional element becomes one of the important factors restricting the development of domestic prefabricated buildings.The problem of incomplete function and low automation of production equipment is particularly prominent.Therefore,in order to improve the production efficiency of components,through multiple rounds of communication,scheme demonstration and optimization,combined with the actual production process,a set of integrated robot system solution with intelligent material flow,flexible assembly and intelligent detection functions is proposed,which is oriented to the flow,assembly and fixation of rebar cage framework,mold,magnetic box and other workpieces in PC production line,it greatly improves the intelligent level of component production and optimizes the production efficiency.
