摘要
目的:通过文献研究探寻颈椎病敏化现象及规律,为颈椎病穴位敏化现象的相关科学研究及临床应用提供可靠思路。方法:检索CNKI、CBM、VIP、WF、Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMbase等数据库,收集整理颈椎病穴位敏化相关文献,采用文献计量学及数据挖掘方法进行穴位敏化规律分析研究。结果:共纳入颈椎病穴位敏化相关文献85篇。颈椎病穴位敏化现象有热敏、痛敏、形敏、电敏、化学敏、压敏和声敏,各敏化现象表现各一,特征明显,检测手段多样;颈椎病敏化穴位多见于阿是穴、颈夹脊、大椎、风池和百会;其中大椎和颈夹脊常同时出现敏化(支持度为63.64%,置信度为80.00%);敏化穴位涉及的特定穴多为交会穴、合穴、八会穴和下合穴;敏化穴位归属经脉以督脉和足少阳胆经为主;敏化部位主要集中在上肢部和头颈部。结论:颈椎病敏化现象具有多样性,且特征明显,其中以热敏最多见,敏化穴位主要分布于颈椎病病变局部。
Objective:To explore the phenomenon and regularity of acupoint sensitization for cervical spondylosis through literature research,and to provide reliable ideas for the related scientific research and clinical application of acupoint sensitization.Methods:CNKI,CBM,VIP,WF,Cochrane Library,PubMed and EMbase and other databases were retrieved.The relevant literature of acupoint sensitization of cervical spondylosis were collected and collated.Then the regularity of acupoint sensitization was analyzed by bibliometrics and data mining.Results:A total of 85 researches related to acupoint sensitization of cervical spondylosis were included.Acupoint sensitization of cervical spondylosis included thermo-sensitive,pain-sensitization,morphological-sensitization,electrical-sensitization,chemical-sensitization,pressure-sensitization and ultrasonic-sensitization.Each sensitization had different manifestations,obvious characteristics and various detection methods.Sensitized acupoints of cervical spondylosis often exists at Ashi points,Neck Jiaji points,Dazhui (GV14),Fengchi (GB20) and Baihui (GV20).Among these acupoints,sensitization often simultaneously occurred in Dazhui (GV14) and Neck Jiajia points (support degree was 63.64%,and confidence coefficient was 80.00%).The specific acupoints were mostly the crossing acupoint,he-sea acupoint,the eight influential acupoint and the lower he-sea acupoint.The attributive meridians of sensitized acupoints were mainly governor vessel and gall bladder meridian of foot-shaoyang.Sensitization mainly occurred in neck and upper extremities areas.Conclusion:Sensitization of cervical spondylosis has diversity and obvious characteristics.Sensitization is commonly showed as thermo-sensitive.Sensitization acupoints are mainly distributed at lesion location of cervical spondylosis.
