摘要
目的:通过运用数据挖掘技术,探讨哮喘针刺选穴规律及核心配伍。方法:通过检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库及PubMed数据库中1980年1月至2018年11月针刺治疗支气管哮喘的文献,利用Excel建立数据库,应用SPSS statistics、SPSS modeler软件对其进行频次分析、系统聚类、关联规则分析。结果:共纳入126篇文献,涉及76个腧穴,其中频次最高的腧穴为肺俞,其次大椎、定喘、肾俞、足三里,频次较高的经脉为膀胱经、任脉、肺经、胃经、督脉。涉及的特定穴有八脉交会穴、背俞穴、募穴、八会穴、下合穴等。通过聚类分析可得到7个聚类群,关联规则显示支持度较高的依次为尺泽-太溪-鱼际-膏肓、孔最-气海-中府-膈俞-内关、列缺-曲池-肺俞-中府。结论:通过数据挖掘技术可以从不同角度总结分析针刺治疗哮喘的配穴规律,为临床和科研提供重要参考。
Objective:To analyze the regularity of acu-points selection and formulation in treating bronchial asthma by using data mining technology.Methods:The literature on acupuncture treatment of bronchial asthma was searched in the China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database,Wanfang Database,VIP Journal Integration Platform,China Biology Medicine disc and PubMed Database from January 1980 to November 2018.A database was established by using Excel software.SPSS statistics and SPSS modeler software were used for the analysis of frequency,system clustering and association rule.Results:A total of 126 papers were included,involving 76 acu-points.The acupoint used with the highest frequency was Feishu(BL 13),followed by Dazhui(DU 14),Dingchuan(EX-B1),Shenshu(BL 23)and Zusanli(ST 36).The meridians involved with high frequency were bladder meridian,conception vessel and lung meridian,stomach merid-ian and governor vessel.The specific acu-points involved are the confluence points of eight extraordinary meridians,back transport point,alarm point,eight meeting points,and lower sea point.Through cluster analysis,clusters were obtained,and based on the association rules,the clusters with the high supportive degree were as follows:Chize(LU 5)-Taixi(KI 3)-Yuji(LU 10)-Gaohuang(BL 43),Kongzui(LU 6)-Qihai(RN 6)-Zhongfu(LU 1)-Geshu-(BL 17)-Neiguan(PC 6),Lieque(LU 7)-Quchi(LI 11)-Feishu(BL 13)-Zhongfu(LU 1).Conclusion:Through data mining technique,the regularity of acu-points selection and formulation in treating bronchial asthma could be summarized from different aspects,to provide an important reference for the clinical and experimental research.
