摘要 目的探讨双向评价法在临床护理带教规范化培训中的应用。方法选择实习护生210名,96名作为对照组,114名作为观察组。对照组采取传统评价法,观察组采用背对背的双向评价方法,分别使用临床带教质量评价表及实习护生规范化培训学员评价表对带教教师及实习护生进行评价。比较2组护生出科考核成绩。结果观察组出科考核成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论实行双向评价方法对护理临床带教工作有积极推动作用,有利于加强护理教学质量的监控。有助于增加实习护生学习的积极性和动力,能有效提高实习护生的实习效果。有助于提高带教老师的知识水平和业务素质,使临床教学管理更规范化,从而提升教学质量,有利于师生双方的相互促进和教学质量的提高。 Objective To explore the application of two-way evaluation method in the standardized training of clinical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 210 nursing students were selected and divided into control group (n=96) and observation group (n=114).The control group adopted the traditional evaluation method,while the observation group adopted the back-to-back two-way evaluation method.The teachers and nursing students were evaluated by the clinical teaching quality evaluation form and the standardized training form of nursing students respectively.The examination results of the two groups were compared.Results The results of attendance assessment in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion The two-way evaluation method can promote nursing clinical teaching and help to monitor the quality of nursing teaching.It is helpful to increase the enthusiasm and motivation of the nursing students,and can effectively improve the practice effect of the nursing students.It is also helpful to improve the knowledge level and professional quality of the teachers,to make the clinical teaching management more standardized,so as to improve the teaching quality,and to facilitate the mutual promotion of the teachers and students and the improvement of the teaching quality.
