摘要
北京市青少年事务社会工作专业人才队伍建设已经取得了较大的成效,但与中央的要求和北京市的实际需求相比,仍存在一些差距。产生差距的根本原因是收入低、工作内容杂、专业提升难。为尽快建设起一支符合首都定位和北京市经济社会发展要求的青少年事务社会工作专业人才队伍,必须加强政治引领,严格职业准入和发展制度,制定和完善薪酬政策法规,加强专业人才培养,规范岗位设置,注重职业愿望,营造良好舆论氛围,引导青少年事务社会工作从业人员端正自我认识。
The professional team of social work of youth affairs in Beijing has made great achievements,but there is still a gap to the requirements of the central government and the actual needs of Beijing.The root cause of the gap lies in the low income,miscellaneous work content and difficulty in academic development.In order to build a professional team of youth affairs and social work that meets the needs of the capital’s orientation and Beijing’s economic and social development as soon as possible,we are required to strengthen political guidance,strictly enforce the occupational access and development system,formulate and improve salary policies and regulations,strengthen professional personnel training,standardize post setting,pay attention to career aspirations,create a good atmosphere of public opinion,and guide the social workers of youth affairs through correcting their self-awareness.
