摘要
采用非概率抽样的方法,以NBS护士职业倦怠量表(简化版)为基础,通过发放问卷420份,对上海社会工作者职业倦怠状况予以实地调查。研究发现,上海社工的职业倦怠程度较高。社工职业倦怠的成因是多种多样的,如工作量太大、非专业性工作导致角色模糊、受服务对象消极心理影响、人际关系紧张等。预防和干预社工职业倦怠应从社工机构和社工两个主体入手:社工机构应注重对社会工作者的激励,并定期组织社工学习交流;而社工则要建立合理的职业期望,并学会寻求有效的社会支持。
Based on the method of non-probability sampling, taking the NBS Nurse Burnout Scale ( simpli- fied version) as the foundation, this study makes a field survey on the status of social workers' occupational burnout in Shanghai through 420 questionnaires. The study finds that the Shanghai social worker job burnout degree is on a high level. Through analysis, it is found that the causes of social worker's occupational bum- out are varied, such as too much work, blurring of working role as a result of on-professional task, influence of negative psychology from service targets, tense human relations. The prevention and intervention of social worker's occupational burnout should be conducted through social work institutions and social workers. So- cial institutions should pay attention to the social workers' motivation, and regularly organize learning and communication. Social workers will have to establish a reasonable career expectation, and learn to seek ef- fective social support.
