摘要
科技志愿服务是助推科技创新、激发全社会创造活力的催化剂,有助于推动我国志愿服务事业朝着制度化、专业化方向纵深发展。在创新驱动发展战略背景下,北京市积极探索志愿服务推进科技创新发展的新模式:组织建设方面,形成了独特的供需精准对接组织体系与运行方式,服务内容方面,通过科技志愿服务品牌项目建设助力科技创新;制度建设方面,将科技志愿服务纳入科技行业发展。继续推进北京科技志愿服务的专业化、制度化,就要不断培育北京科技志愿服务文化,完善科技志愿服务制度保障体系,建立科技志愿服务行业标准。
The technological voluntary service acts as a catalyst for promoting the technological innovation and stimulating the social creativity,and it is helpful to accelerate the development of voluntary service in our country to the direction of institutionalization and professionalization.Under the strategy of innovation-driven development,the city of Beijing explores the new pattern of promoting the development of technological innovation with voluntary service:to form a particular organization system and operation mode of targeted matching the supply with demand in organizational construction;to support technological innovation with the project construction of technological voluntary service brand in service contents;and to include the technological voluntary service in the development of science and technology industry in the institutional improvement.It is necessary to develop continually the technological voluntary service culture in Beijing,improve the organizational supporting system of technological voluntary service,and establish the professional standard for technological voluntary service,in order to further promote the institutionalization and professionalization of technological voluntary service in this city.
