摘要
乡村振兴战略是党的十九大提出的重大战略,也是新时代“三农”工作的指导纲领。乡村振兴战略为农村职业教育带来了前所未有的发展机遇,也必将促进农村职业教育的创新性发展与全面化变革。同时,农村职业教育仍存在观念认识缺位、师资力量薄弱、教育供需失衡、教育体系不完备等问题。为此,应以乡村振兴战略深入实施为指引,通过转变思想观念、强化队伍建设、调节供需结构、健全教育体系等措施破解农村职业教育创新发展困境,推进农村职业教育更好服务乡村振兴战略向纵深发展。
Rural revitalization strategy is a major strategy proposed at the 19th national congress of the CPC,and also a guiding program for the work of‘agriculture,rural areas and farmers’in the new era.The rural vitalization strategy has brought unprecedented development opportunities for rural vocational education and will certainly promote the innovative development and comprehensive reform of rural vocational education.At the same time,there are still some problems in rural vocational education,such as lack of concept and understanding,weak teachers,imbalance of education supply and demand,and incomplete education system.Therefore,we should take the rural revitalization strategy as the guidance,the development dilemma of rural vocational education can be solved by changing ideas,strengthening the construction of teams,adjusting the structure of supply and demand,and improving the education system,so as to further promote the strategy of rural revitalization.
