摘要
实施乡村振兴战略,是新时代背景下中共中央做出的重大决策,改革发展农村职业教育是实施乡村振兴战略的重要举措。新形势下农村职业教育陷入法律制度不健全、经费来源渠道单一、经费投入不足、传统观念根深蒂固、办学目标不明确等困境。因此,需要从完善法律政策体系、加大教育经费投入、转变传统观念、明确办学目标和提高教育质量等方面对农村职业教育进行改革创新,从而形成高质量发展的农村职业教育,为实施乡村振兴战略和建设社会主义新农村提供强有力的支持。
Implementing the rural revitalization strategy is a major decision made by the CPC Central Committee in the new era. The reform and innovation of rural vocational education is an important measure to implement the rural revitalization strategy. Under the new social situation, rural vocational education falls into the predicament of imperfect relevant laws and regulations, insufficient educational investments and funds, deep-rooted traditional concepts, and unclear educational goals, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to reform and innovate rural vocational education from the aspects of perfecting the legal and policy system, increasing investment in education, changing traditional concepts, clarifying educational goals, and improving the quality of education. Meanwhile, it is also necessary to establish the high-quality rural vocational education to provide strong supports for the implementation of rural revitalization and the development of the new socialist countryside.
